Previously located in Middlebury Connecticut, Timex Group USA was looking for a striking place to call their new World Headquarters and decided to take their venture to Shelton, CT. The project included interior renovations and upgrades, which exceeded 40,000 SF of office space renovations.
Timex was seeking a large, open, and collaborative work environment. To achieve this, Claris, Timex, and Jefferson Group worked in unison to design a floorplan that would have cubicles spread across a 20,000+ SF area. Claris provided a boardroom with a sleek and modern approach to maximize functionality as well as appearance. Acoustic linear panels, by Focal Point Lights, supplied both LED linear lights and acoustic baffles, creating a bright space while also reducing sound reverberation and echo.
