Nestled in scenic hills of Lakeville, CT, Lime Rock Park  has long been a legendary destination for motorsport fans. Designed and built by Claris, the track welcomes a stunning new addition: a premium trackside storage and viewing facility that blends performance with luxury.

This ground-up development transforms the racing experience with 20 garage bays for secure vehicle storage, a sleek member lounge for relaxation and socialization, as well as expansive balconies offering panoramic views of the racetrack.

The facility features a mix of single-story and two-story units. The upper-level units boast private balconies that overlook both the racetrack and the vehicles stored below—creating  a unique dual-view experience. XTX Associates installed custom balcony guardrails that span the entire track-facing side, ensuring safety without comprising sightlines.

Before construction began, the site was a densely wooded area. With the expertise of Segalla’s Construction, the land was cleared an prepped for the foundation and structural steel, supplied by American Metal Buildings. The result: a modern, high-performance structure that complements the history charm of Lime Rock Park.

Since its grand opening in June 2025, the facility has hosted marquee events like the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series, offering guests unbeatable views and amenities. Claris is proud to contribute to the evolution of Lime Rock Park and looks forward to welcoming racing enthusiasts for years and to come—where every lap is matched by an unforgettable view.
