Claris has newly renovated and expanded the Volvo of Westport auto dealership. Located in Westport, CT, this two-story building, which includes a Mezzanine, totals 21,100 SF.  Claris collaborated with Rose & Tiso Architects to complete the project in phases. The design and construction process included renovations to the service room followed by a demolition and complete reconstruction of an existing showroom, which would also incorporate a service drive through. The project faced several challenges of balancing corporate design needs with the approval of the town and its neighbors. Ultimately, the project was successful at showcasing Claris’ approach to producing seamless designs and appeal, leaving client, town, and neighbors thrilled with the end result.
