Valley Tool Manufacturing, located in Milford CT, is a new pre-engineered Butler Steel building. This Manufacturing Facility totals to 67,000 SF, 3,000 of which is included in an office mezzanine area. Valley Tool is home to an abundance of high end, complex machining equipment.  It’s steel design also includes two interior overhead crane runways which support four individual cranes. The facility is fully air conditioned with three high velocity, low speed fans that offer ample destratification and air circulation. The facility has been designed in-house with an expandable wall that opens and allows room for future expansion.
