Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District – Vehicle Storage Building
Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District – Vehicle Storage Building is a ground-up pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) that delivers a fully functional 10,000 SF municipal garage designed for durability, efficiency, and long-term serviceability. The exterior combines architectural 10″ horizontal metal panels with a thin brick finish, creating a refined, low-maintenance facade with lasting curb appeal. Large overhead doors provide vehicle access to support the operational demands of a busy municipal environment, with wall pack fixtures centered above each door to ensure consistent, purposeful illumination at every entry and exit point. Strategically placed bollards safeguard key building elements and infrastructure from vehicular impact at high-traffic areas, while a reinforced concrete slab-on-grade provides the structural capacity required for continuous traffic throughout the building and site. From the ground up, every element was selected and coordinated to meet the practical demands of a garage while maintaining a professional standard of construction quality.
