The Stamford Boys & Girls Club was looking to add a sizeable addition and renovate their Mary C. Rich Clubhouse on Stillwater Ave in Stamford.  They had some conceptual designs completed along with a budget.  The problem was their budget was more than they could afford.  They reached out to the Design Build team at Claris to come up with some creative solutions to still achieve their goal, without sacrificing their intent.  The result was not only a project that works within their budget, but beats it.  The final product includes the addition of a new basketball court, performance stage, as well as computer rooms and teen lounges.
