Panera Bread, originally housed as the end unit at the Shops at Marcus Dairy, needed a ground-up build across the lot that would allow for a brand upgrade as well as the potential for a wrap-around drive-thru. After Claris had previously been a part of the construction for the Shops at Marcus Dairy, the franchise looked to them again, only this time to serve as a design-build firm for their standalone restaurant. This project needed to ensure that the brand was being updated according to their latest standards, which were successfully implemented by Claris.
