Palisades Mazda, located in Nyack, NY is a 22,000 SF auto dealership both designed and built by Claris. Out of the entire footprint, 10,000 SF was renovated out of the pre-existing facility. The renovation included an interior service drive through, as well as a customer centric sales floor with an open and welcoming service layout. A Mazda design element incorporated within the dealership is what is known as a “Jewel Box” which can display cars on lifts within the showroom. Claris was able to accomplish this renovation all while the existing dealership remained open for business.  In addition to the enhanced interior renovation, at the completion of the project, exterior building finishes were upgraded to new Mazda standards.
