LabCorp, located in Bloomfield, CT was seeking an interior renovation to a 40,204 SF space. This space was fitted out by Claris’ design-build team and reconfigured into office, warehouse, and manufacturing space. The project also included upgrading finishes, as well as mechanical and electrical feeds throughout the renovation. The upgraded space will be utilized for employees’ new workspaces, research and development, as well as assembly for their testing machinery.
