The first of many buildings planned for the Intermountain Electronics campus marks the beginning of an exciting, long-term partnership. From the start, Claris worked closely alongside the client, who remained an active voice throughout every phase of the design-build process. Weekly collaboration meetings ensured that evolving needs were met in real time — allowing design modifications to be executed quickly and decisively, without disrupting momentum. The result at the completion of Building 1 was a client who walked away confident that every detail of their vision had been realized.

Buildings 2 and 3 are currently underway simultaneously, with completion anticipated later in 2026.
