This ExtraSpace Storage facility is located in Brookfield, Connecticut. For this project, Claris served as General Contractor while collaborating with Dean Architects. The site neighbors Route 7 and its bright green branded colors can be seen parallel to the highway. Totaling to 109,000 SF, the facility stretches the length of the property. It’s four levels also offer a variety of units for customer’s storage necessities.
