Eastern Tech, located in Orange, CT was a ground up design/build project by Claris. The new building totals to approximately 38,560 S.F. The first floor serves as office space, ink production, as well as some additional storage space. The second floor, which amounts to

12,910 S.F. was constructed for future growth of the business and will at one point lead to an interior fit-out project for Claris. It was important for Claris to maintain the family legacy that is Eastern Tech. This was the largest investment for the client’s family, and this new building will serve them prosperous growth and advance their productivity.
