Claris has designed a new 34,000 SF ground-up facility in their hometown of Newtown, CT. This pre-engineered steel structure’s intended use will be for RV sales and service. Through the combination of client needs and the Claris vision, twelve interior RV service bays were added to the design, as well as two interior RV wash/detail bays- which include a water reclamation system. With a 2-story parts department, Country Camper/RV One will have the ability to store all necessary RV components. Although Claris faced material procurement delays due to supply chain issues, maintaining the project timeline remained a priority. With external factors included, Claris was able to design, obtain approval, and construct the project all within one year’s time. Claris met all the client’s expectations and delivered an innovative design that will serve both customers and employees well for years to come.
