Caraluzzi’s is a 39,129 square foot ground-up shopping center completed by Claris in 2022. The center includes a grocery and liquor store, which are connected, creating an easy shopping experience for customers. There is also a building mezzanine of 2,622 SF which is included in the total footprint of the building. Located in Danbury Connecticut, off Exit 2 on I-84, this site is the fourth grocery store and fifth wine and spirit’s store for Caraluzzi’s. Its eye-catching and practical interior features a bakery, seafood market, deli, and a full-service butcher shop.  This was a full design-build project by Claris and a prideful one at that, especially working with another family-owned business that stands on quality.
