The new retail development off of Exit 10 of I-84 was completed at the end of May 2019.  This retail center will house 6 tenants on a 4-acre parcel with a drive-thru Starbucks as the anchor tenant.  Other tenants taking up residency are AT & T, Superior Dry Cleaners, a liquor store, and a pizzeria.
