11 Park Lawn is an in-house design-build warehousing project. Our client was a developer who owns a very prominent business park in town.  They were looking to market a vacant lot they had to attract a new tenant.  They enlisted Claris to come up with some conceptual renderings to put on their property listing to go along with the site plan.  Within a few weeks of the rendering being completed, the developer had a tenant signed up to lease the new space.  We started construction drawings shortly thereafter.
