The Gorham Island Office Building was a mainly exterior image upgrade.  We focused on creating a new modern front entry as well as updating the dated gold tinted glass to a blue tint that fit in better with the marine environment while also providing better insulation value making the building more efficient.  We also updated the common areas for this Class A office Building in the heart of Westport.
