Claris has turned a client’s dream into reality with North American Motor Car, located in Danbury, Connecticut. This project totals to approximately 60,000 SF and consists of two separate buildings. The first includes a new 27,630 SF two-story classic car restoration facility. Here, cars can be painted, customized, and brought back to life to their original charm, or transformed with some modern flare. The second floor holds additional office space and a meeting room which overlooks the showroom and car carousel.



Switching gears to the second building- a classic car storage facility totaling 31,652 SF holds a total of 270 vehicles stacked 3-high. This space takes you on a ride through the decades as vehicles, old and new, are perfectly aligned and maintained.
