Claris continues to broaden outside of its local borders with the addition of White Plains Sales in Elmsford, New York. Completed in 2020, this 37,000 SF auto dealership is a two-story structure consisting of showrooms, vehicle storage, and accessory offices. This project included the demolition of three existing buildings, as well as the creation of car inventory parking. Lack of space and tight boundaries are quite common in urban settings and were notably present within this location due to the building’s perimeter overlapping property lines.  However, with Claris’ proactive logistical skills, the solution of creating 2nd floor inventory parking, to be accessed via ramp, resolved space concerns. The overall demolition and construction made for a sleek and aesthetically appealing design that showcases the buildings’ features and amenities both internally and externally.
