The 13-acre site currently houses two vacant office buildings, each two stories, comprising 56,000 square feet. Two smaller existing structures that occupy the property will be demolished. The proposal is to convert 42,000 square feet of these buildings into 41 apartment units, with 182 available parking spaces. The remaining 14,000 square feet will consist of a 6,000 square foot amenities area and 8,000 square feet of office space. In addition, a new 3-story apartment building is proposed to be constructed, which will house 42 apartments, for a total of 83 apartments.
